Grayson Chrisley – Dean’s List Achievement Celebrated By Todd

Grayson Chrisley went off to the University of Alabama while his dad, Todd Chrisley, was still in prison. This week, the former patriarch of Chrisley Knows Best celebrated his 19-year-old son being named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester. 

Todd Celebrates Freedom With Good News

At the moment, life is good to Todd. He’s out of prison, reuniting with his family, and will appear on Savannah Chrisley’s new Amazon Prime docuseries. This Thursday, he shared a social media post on Instagram for the first time in years, and it was all about Grayson.

The screenshot that he shared revealed the notification that Grayson Chrisley was named to the Spring Semester 2025 Dean’s List. It also explained that “A total of 14,289 students enrolled during Spring Semester 2025 at The University of Alabama were named to the dean’s list with an academic record of 3.5 (or above)…”

In his caption, the former reality TV star wrote:

God is good all the time, @graysonchrisley , I love you to the moon and back and we couldn’t be more proud, you have shown great character and fortitude and stood with your lord and savior amidst the fire and came out the other side never smelling of smoke.

Next, he told his son that he’d become “proof of Gods word,” and encouraged him to keep on standing tall. Finally, he said, “I love you, Gray…”

Worth Celebrating The Milestone?

If you don’t know, it’s a great honor to be named to the Dean’s List. For Grayson, it means that he’s excelling academically, which is a big personal and public achievement, especially for someone in the spotlight. Remember, he’s been through Hell and back because of Todd and Julie Chrisley’s imprisonment for alleged fraud and tax evasion.

Certainly, it seems that the young man who struggled so much when his parents were incarcerated got stuck in and worked hard. That’s despite his sister Savannah believing he would just waste his time with girls and parties. At one stage, she said that he seemed too lazy to do anything that took any effort, as you can see in the video below.

Todd Chrisley is hugely popular despite so many critics believing he should have rotted in prison. So, there were plenty of happy comments in the discussion that followed.
