Has Todd Chrisley Given Up On His Appeals?

Chrisley Knows Best alums, Julie and Todd Chrisley appealed their convictions, and Julie’s sentence was vacated. Savannah Chrisley hoped to use that to fight for more appeals for her dad. But all seems quiet. Has he given up on appeals? Read on to find out more. 

Todd Chrisley Seems Very Quiet

News had trickled through about Savannah’s dad. Firstly, he lost his job in the prison chapel. And secondly, he will end up transferred. Pensacola will be closing due to it being old, crusty, and unsuitable for habitation. That’s something Savannah Chrisley shouted about over since his arrival. 

If Savannah hoped that her mom’s resentencing would help Todd Chrisley, that might have fizzled out after she was resentenced. In fact, the judge confirmed the same time must be served as originally stated. So, she went back to prison. Since then her attorney appealed again for the second sentence to be vacated. 

Todd Chrisley Appeal News Dried Up

The holiday season arrived, and Savannah focused on that and her brother Grayson Chrisley who is going to college in 2025. Perhaps that might account for why any appeal news might have stalled. However, things went quiet before that. So, on Reddit, a Chrisley Knows Best fan asked others what they knew about it.

In the comments section, most people thought that Todd Chrisley might have run his race on appeals. Here are some ideas from the discussion:

• It’s my understanding that his appeals are up. He’s waiting on his transfer since his prison is closing.
• They have a limited number of appeals they can use on each perceived ‘error’ they can raise to an appeals court. Not sure anything is glaring that they would be successful to burn an appeal on.
• From what Savannah acts like they are banking on Trump.
• Why would they think Trump would pardon them? What’s in it for Trump? All the a-s kissing in the world wouldn’t make it worth it to Trump.
• The prison is being torn down,…Unless down the road a new judge grants early release OR (cats chance in hell) overcrowding, he could be sentenced to [a] half-way house or house arrest. Again it would be slim and down the line.
