Kyle Chrisley’s ex-wife appeared on Dishing Drama with Dana Wilkey uncensored. The episode teased that she dropped some “family bombshells” and the “truth about the whistle-blowing.” In part one of the episode, Lexi Whibly joins the show to talk about the Chrisleys. She talked about what it was like to be Todd Chrisley’s daughter-in-law.

Lexi was married to Kyle for seven years. They lived with Nanny Faye during that time. During the interview, Lexi revealed that she was a “requested whistleblower” during Todd’s case. She also addressed the federal case involving Lindsie Chrisley and the adult video Todd tried to extort her with.

The reason why Lexi decided now was a good time to speak out is because the media likes to oversensationalize things. She wants to set the record straight with what really happened with this family — especially from an outside view. Lexi talked about her experience with the reality TV family and what it was like to be on Season 1 of Chrisley Knows Best.

She also talked about Kyle’s relationship with Todd at the time. Lexi admitted that Kyle was in a conservatorship because of his mental health and substance abuse struggles. Kyle was being treated by Todd during that time. Unfortunately, it didn’t help and he ended up hospitalized.

During that time, Lexi stayed with Kyle Chrisley as the family recovered from their bankruptcies. Todd accused her of trying to use her son for fame. However, she claimed that she wasn’t a gold digger. She genuinely loved Kyle and wanted to be with him.

Still, that didn’t stop Todd from trying to rip her in the press. He even sent her threatening voicemails that showed up in the media. Lexi thought she loved and respected the family at the time. Now, that she’s looking back, they weren’t as great as they seemed.

She certainly doesn’t miss that part of that life. Also, the reason why Savannah Chrisley isn’t doing anything with her life while her parents are in jail is because of her financial situation.
