Honey Boo Boo is the youngest daughter of Mama June, who stayed under the care of her sister. She grew up with Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon when their mother was arrested for possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia last January 2021.

Alana was known for posting pictures on TikTok and other social media accounts showing her thick and long eyelashes and long art nails. She constantly received backlash from her followers for her appearance.

PEOPLE recently confirmed that Alana Thompson, popularly known as Honey Boo Boo, was involved in a road incident.

It was when her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, ended up in jail for DUI, fleeing police, and outstanding warrants following a car chase in Monroe County, Georgia. Though the We TV star wasn’t arrested, she is bound to give statements regarding the car chase.

According to The Reporter, it all happened when a police officer checked a Dodge Charger in front of a gas station on Highway 24. They tried to hold it when it was known that the car owner had a warrant under his name.

However, the four-wheeled vehicle went in a different direction, leading to a car chase around 4:30 pm. The officers finally caught the car near Hickman Road after using a PIT maneuver.

Aside from DUI, Dralin was also arrested for failing to maintain lanes and speeding citations. Moreover, the passenger, Julian Malik Divon Williams, ended up in prison for outstanding warrants. On the other hand, Lauryn Shannon picked up her sister at Monroe County Jail.

The reality star also included a text written in the video, which read: “I could never wear long nails, long lashes, and long wigs.” Though Alana got a lot of haters online, there are still people who believe in and continue to support her. Fans then filled the comment section with love and admiration towards Honey Boo Boo.
