On January 5, a report came out that the reality TV star ran into trouble with authorities. Yahoo carried a Daily News story about the DUI incident. According to the outlet, Renee collided with a parked car in Staten Island. The outlet noted that Renne flipped her car, a 2020 Nissan Murano. Fortunately, nobody was injured in the accident. According to the report, “The VH1 star wasn’t injured in the crash and admitted to first responders she had taken an Adderall earlier in the day, cops said. She also appeared wobbly on her legs and slurred her words, an NYPD spokesman said.”

The outlet also reported that the Mob Wives alum was “arrested…for driving while impaired by drugs.” Well, she denied any arrest, according to a report by People Magazine, carried by MSN. People noted that she posted a photo on Instagram of herself with her dad on Instagram. Then she said, “no drugs or alcohol were involved.” Additionally, she claimed that nobody actually arrested her. Claiming she never went in front of a “judge,” she said, “I was taken to the hospital as a precaution cause I did bang my head. Then she stated, “however no physical harm was done to my head or body, no ticket, no charges.”

TV Deets reported on Instagram, that Renee Graziano took to her Instagram Live after the incident. Taken at night, there wasn’t much to see. However, in her Live. Renee said, “I have a F–king Driver you A-hole.” Okay, well, we are talking about the very feisty member of the HV1 cast. So, fans don’t really expect a different reaction. Mind you, it did cause some confusion in the comments section of the post.

One Mob Wives fan who seemed confused commented, “I’m so confused she’s saying she has a driver- 😮.” Meanwhile, others mocked the star they knew of old, and one of them said, “So ladylike, lol!” Meanwhile, another fan noted, “Don’t guess she really had a driver……” At one stage, Renee apparently sobered up, so another fan penned, “Guess she’s not sober anymore?”
