MBFFL – Star Proves She Can Work Out And Drink Coke
Whitney has shown her dislike for diet criticism on My Big Fat Fabulous Life (MBFFL). And so when a critic challenged, “You can’t say you like to work out and still drink Coke,” the reality TV star demonstrated the art.
The 39-year-old performed sit-ups, taking sips of Coca-Cola in between each rep.

For instance, one gushed, “You look amazing!!! I adore your confidence so much!!!” And another noted, “Girl you look amazing you have come a long way.”
As a result of how she handles criticism, another shared, “I love the way she handles the trolls, keep doing you girl.” Whitney has worked out for years, even competing for weight-lifting trophies. But the reality TV star faces negativity “every time” she shares an exercise video on social media. And the star of My Big Fat Fabulous Life explained that trolls “don’t want to see you working out.”
