Real Housewives Spoilers – Andy Cohen Seeks Jen Shah 1:1 Interview, RHOSLC Star Refuses!
Real Housewives star Jen Shah shocked the Bravo world by refusing Andy Cohen’s offer to do a one on one interview. Because some thought Cohen wanted to give Shah a chance to share her views, it seemed odd to turn down the request. But then the Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City star explained the reason for her refusal via Page Six.
“I will not be doing the 1:1 with Andy Cohen and Bravo,” announced Jen. And the alleged leader of a scam artist, 49, added that she refused because the network would not “remove contractual provisions.” Shah insisted that she declined because she feels concerned about possible “misrepresentations.”
And after starring on RHOSLC since it debuted in 2020, Shah noted that a “1 on 1 interview was not part of my RHOSLC reality tv contract. I promised myself and my loving family that I would not allow this portion of my life to be sensationalized or inaccurately conveyed.” But Jen also complained about her “inability to control my own narrative.”
Real Housewives Spoilers – Jen Shah Claims ‘Lies’ Appear In The Media, Gets Slammed
And the RHOSLC star slammed the media. Because Jen feels she suffered from “complete lies” in the media, she wants to “remain silent and wait until I am able to accurately share my story.” But after accusing the media of misrepresentations about me smeared across headlines,” Shah promised to spill in the future.
“You will hear from me,” added the Real Housewives star. “I will share my story and this painful part of my life very soon.” But some Real Housewives fans informed Jen that they wanted her to stop sharing. And social media overwhelmingly went against Shah for declining Cohen’s interview.
For instance, the Reddit community agreed that Jen refused to do the interview because Bravo “wanted to bring up certain things (truths). And Jen didn’t want certain things (truths) to be open for discussion. So she’s spinning the narrative that Bravo planned to lie on her. Sureeee Jen,” mocked one commentator.
And another agreed. “Bravo wanted to ask certain questions that Jen refused to agree to answer so they called it off.” And others pointed out that Shah didn’t want certain footage, such as “a montage of her lying, screaming etc.” But when Jen allegedly wanted to control the interview, Bravo refused.
“I bet they wouldn’t agree to not pull footage that contradicts what she says now. Jen wanted a total softball,” noted another Real Housewives fan. “But Bravo knew they had to push back on her at least a bit so they could say, ‘We are giving her a platform but we are calling her out’.”
