Season five of the Real Housewives of New York City (RHONY) famously featured a visit to St. Barts. And now viewers along with select RHONY alums will enjoy a new version of that 2012 trip. Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, and Kristen Taekman have begun filming the spin-off in the Caribbean, according to TMZ.
And insiders spilled the salary tea for those Real Housewives of New York City alums. Each so-called RHONY legend earns a quarter million dollars to party in the Caribbean for a week. Filmed on location in St. Barts, the “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy” show ideally will bring back all the drama that happened the first time the RHONY cast visited St. Barts. For instance, Luann stunned viewers when she showed up with a man who looked like a mirror image of Johnny Depp. Will that famous pirate return?
And for those who wonder why Luann along with Ramona, Sonja, Kelly, Dorinda and Kristen agreed to film again, each will get $27,777 every day. In exchange, producers hope to see the women party and occasionally clash on their short trip. Will it be worth the $1.5 million that Bravo has decided to spend on cast salaries?

RHONY Spoilers – First Legacy Cast Pic Posted
As the result of the first RHONY Legacy pics getting posted, fans flocked to social media to comment. And some focused on the missing cast member: Jill Zarin. The RHONY alum famously fought to get equal salaries for all the Legacy cast members. However, she reportedly wanted so much that she ruined her own chances of appearing. And as one fan wrote in response, “Jill got the equal pay she fought for. But she didn’t get the job!”
However, others chose which RHONY alums they hope will win in the inevitable cast clashes. For instance, one wrote, “Slay, Kristen!” And another shared, “I’m just happy Sonja has money coming in. Never not worried about her finances.” But some pointed out the irony in giving more famous RHONY alums the same amount as lesser known stars. For example, one fan commented, “The fact that Kristen & Kelly are making the same as Ramona & Lu is wild to me.” But overall, fans seemed to agree, as one noted, “And the cast is worth every penny!”
