Erika Jayne stunned in recent appearances with her sudden weight loss. But the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) star keeps insisting that she didn’t use the celebrity-favored diet drug Ozempic. And instead, Jayne claimed that menopause deserved credit for her weight loss, noted Page Six.
And Erika chose to make the announcement on the talk show Watch What Happens Live. The RHOBH star’s decision to deny using the diabetes drug Ozmepic came after talk show host Andy Cohen described Jayne as a “whisper of herself.” And the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star did confirm that she lost weight.
But then Jayne gave credit to menopause for slimming her down. “Yes, I did come down in weight,” she shared. “And I did it hormonally,” added the 52-year-old Pretty Mess singer.

However, Cohen, 55, appeared skeptical. And he questioned, “Not Ozempic-ally?” But Jayne double downed on her denial of using drugs. “I was going through menopause,” shared the RHOBH star. “So I took it all down.”

But fans seemed skeptical. And they joined Erika’s fellow guest Jackie Hoffman on Watch What Happens Live in doubting that anyone “loses weight in menopause.” For instance, one social media commentator wrote, “idgaf if erika jayne is on ozempic or not she looks phenomenal. go off queen.” And another thought that Jackie “did not believe queen Erika Jayne that she lost weight during menopause instead of Ozempic.” But a third skeptic questioned if “anyone” thought the RHOBH star actually lost weight because of menopause.
However, then Erika added, “I went to the doctor and I said get it off me.” And she cautioned that she did not want to “trigger” viewers. “We have this conversation in Beverly Hills,” added Erika. “And we have a cast member with an eating disorder. Jayne seemingly referred to her co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff’s struggles with bulimia.

However, several Real Housewives stars confessed that they did use Ozempic for weight loss. For instance, Emily Simpson shared that she used both Ozempic and liposuction to get slimmer. And Jennifer Fessler and Dolores Catania admitted to using the diabetes drug for weight loss in the spring. But Botched reality TV star Terry Dubrow expressed his concerns about the trend. And he asked fans to avoid shaming stars who confess to choosing the drug.
