For 27 years, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky looked like they enjoyed the perfect marriage. And the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) portrayed the two as truly in love.

But an insider just told People that Kyle and Mauricio split. And the source also noted, “Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now.”

However, Richards and Umansky still reside in the same home. And the insider shared, “They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.” Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, first met at a nightclub in 1994. Kyle was divorced from her first husband Guraish Aldjufrie, who fathered her daughter Farrah Brittany (née Aldjufrie), 34.

Kyle and Maurice got engaged the same year that they met. And in January 1966, they wed. The two welcomed three daughters: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23 and Portia, 15. And the clan became famous in 2010 when they starred in the RHOBH premiere on Bravo. Since then, Kyle has remained on the show, and Mauricio as well as their daughters often appeared with her.

RHOBH Spoilers – Will Season 13 Show Kyle And Mauricio Splitting?

Through the years, Mauricio and Kyle claimed that they showed every aspect of their relationship on Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. “We’re the same, with or without cameras,” insisted Umansky. And he described the couple as “just super real and we know each other and we’re real. We don’t have any secrets to hide. That’s one thing we talked about, the skeletons in the closet,” he added. “And we can handle our worst skeletons.”

The real estate broker also claimed that he remained “100 percent supportive” of his actress wife. “No matter what she does,” added Mauricio. And during their 25th wedding anniversary in January 2021, they shared that they felt stronger than ever as a couple. “It means so much” gushed Kyle at the time. “And it’s something that we’re both incredibly proud of.”

Richards described her marriage as “one of my biggest accomplishments. I mean, I think it’s refreshing, in this town to be married 25 years is a really big deal. And we’re really proud to be good role models to our daughters,” she added. Umansky agreed with his wife.

“You know, to be quite honest, it feels easy and doesn’t feel like it’s been that long. So it’s been great and beautiful. And, you know, I definitely intend to spend the rest of my life with her,” stated Mauricio prior to the split news. “So hopefully it’ll be at least another 25 years, and maybe another 50.” As to whether RHOBH season 13 will show the split? The show just finished filming the upcoming season, making that questionable.
