Real Housewives Of Orange County Will Shannon Beador Go To Rehab For Alcohol Abuse?
A new report via the Sun reveals if the Real Housewives Of Orange County (RHOC) star Shannon Beador plans to head to a rehab program for alcohol abuse. And the report claims that the RHOC star’s friends have pleaded with her to seek professional help after her arrest and booking for driving under the influence (DUI) and a hit-and-run.
Because of her arrest involving alcohol, Beador received a “wake-up call,” claim insiders. And one source shared that the RHOC star had not listened to her pals’ previous suggestions that she go for counseling. However, one insider shared, “Shannon plans to enter rehab after her DUI arrest was a huge ‘wake-up call’ for her.”
And the source described the RHOC star as devoting “the past several years running from her problems.” But the insider expressed concern that Beador “does not realize who she has turned into. Her cast mates and her friends have told her that she needs to get help, and this was before the DUI.”
Real Housewives Of Orange County – Shannon Beador Uses Dog As Excuse?!
However, the source alleged that the RHOC star used her dog as a possible reason to opt out of in-patient rehab treatment. And the insider explained that Shannon didn’t “fully” make the decision on completing “in-patient treatment or out-patient, as she has a family to care for, a dog who needs her and her work projects.”
The events leading up to the arrest began when Beador drove her car onto a residential property in Newport Beach. Allegedly drunk, Shannon then clipped the house. And after trying to get back on the road, she parked her car in the middle of the street. However, the RHOC star then climbed out of the car with her dog and acted as if she had decided to take the dog for a walk.
But when police arrived, they took the allegedly intoxicated 59-year-old into custody, seizing her car amid their investigation. And police cited and released Shannon without bond after issuing two misdemeanor charges. But the RHOC star’s attorney Michael Fell described her as “extremely apologetic and remorseful. And Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions,” he added.
RHOC Spoilers – Shannon Shades Gina For 2019 DUI Arrest
However, fans remember how Beador threw shade on this season of RHOC at Gina Kirschenheiter’s 2019 DUI arrest. And Beador alleged Child Protective Services (CPS) had felt prepared to get involved, with Gina “about to get arrested.” Shannon claimed that she saved Gina by giving her contact information to prevent CPS from getting involved.
But when Tamra Judge referred to Shannon’s shade, Beador denied her remarks. “So I will have to tell you, Gina took me aside and evidently, Jenn told her you brought up CPS at your party? That CPS was coming for her kids?” asked Tamra. And Shannon insisted that she “would never say that! Let’s let this go,” she demanded.
