Pensacola FPC is one prison that will be closing down soon, and Savannah Chrisley seems happy about that. But, she also wants accountability from the administration that ran the show. Additionally, she seems to have cozied up to some people with influence to listen to her story. Read on for more details.
Savannah Chrisley Fights Against Poor Prison Conditions
Ever since Todd Chrisley and his wife, Julie were imprisoned, their daughter has fought tooth and nail to raise awareness about poor prison conditions. The Chrisley Knows Best alum has frequently claimed that she has the evidence to prove alleged abuse by the Pensacola FCI leadership. And, she claims to have evidence of allegedly disgusting conditions.
Savannah Chrisley picked up a lot of flack for bringing awareness about Pensacola where her dad, Todd is held for fraud and tax-related offenses. Additionally, she was vocal about the Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Lexington, Kentucky where her mom serves her sentence.
Savannah Chrisley On Pensacola Closure
Wear TV cited AP as reporting that a long list of prison camps would be closing, and the Chrisley Knows Best star talked on Instagram Stories about it happening in “nine months.” The Bureau of Prisons decided that a lot of camps will close, but specifically mentioned Pensacola, describing it as having “significant disrepair.” Prisoners and staff will relocate.
Savannah Chrisley seems unhappy that the staff will be transferred. And, she said in her reel that she sees it as a way for the prison bureau to “avoid accountability.” In particular, she wants accountability from the manager at Pensacola.
Chrisley Knows Best Star Not Letting It Rest
Todd Chrisley’s daughter has been at Mar-A-Lago, and possibly, she met some senators there. She won’t let it go with just a closure and a transfer. So, she explained that she found some “senators” who are interested in the “evidence” of abuse that she has. Historically, those who follow Savannah heard that there were a few whistleblowers who leaked allegations against the senior staff at Pensacola.
While a lot of people believe that Savannah Chrisley just wants a presidential pardon for her parents, it seems that her fight for better conditions in prison goes beyond that. Talking about January 2020, she seems hopeful that accountability will start happening. When the reel arrived on Instagram, Todd and Julie Chrisley’s daughter promised to cover more about it on the Unlocked podcast soon.

Ok so jail is not a party lady and they have more than other prisoners get. Try being in a Russian jail and you will see the difference. Sorry to tell you that your parents broke the law and they must pay their dues. They should have thought about the consequences while they were stealing and committing fraud. No sympathy for them. They are not entitled to special treatment. They are prisoners and will be treated as such.
Well Savanah you putting you’re family in more trouble that you know what the future holds, well your parents broke the laws and you have to move on I don’t know just by looking what you’re trying to do for your parents is like you can’t grow up and deal with what’s in life for yourself, like you can’t live without mommy and daddy and if they’re pardoned believe me like it’s always been ssid what goes around comes back around and that is really true just be at watch you’ll see it for yourself it’ll drop in like a bomb in your family much worser than your parents are in,so please don’t put your family in more danger, this your family you are messing with their lives believe me
We was she at on speaking out on prison conditions before her parents were found guilty?!
I think her parents will be moved to a prison so far away and remote that it will make it harder for her to visit them. Sometimes you have to stop poking the bear.
