Sister Wives – Spin-Off Name Already Exists?

Looking for humor on Sister Wives? It seems that at 21, Christine Brown’s daughter Gwendlyn Brown wins the day. And she also deserves credit for coming up with the ideal twist on a spin-off. Gwendlyn shared that she wants her mom Christine and Janelle Brown to star in their own version of Sister Wives, according to Us magazine.

Because both Christine and Janelle split from Sister Wives patriarch Kody Brown, Gwendlyn proposed that they should use their friendship as a spin-off show foundation. “I think we should have a spinoff series where Janelle and my mom get together,” shared the 21-year-old in a YouTube video. “Tell me you don’t love that idea.”

And then she teased that she knew the perfect name for a spin-off. “Sister Wives. It should be called Sister Wives — I’m a f—king genius,” joked Gwendlyn. However, although the name needs a spin-off twist, the stars seem destined to shine. And as Gwendlyn pointed out, Christine and Janelle already have become strong friends who support each other.

Christine Brown – Explains Friendship With Janelle Brown

But though Gwendlyn teased the name, she got serious in discussing her mother’s friendship with Janelle. Christine, 50, and Janelle, 53, have become best friends, according to the 21-year-old. And Christine has praised Janelle for supporting her throughout the drama and trauma of splitting from Kody.

As a result of announcing her split from Kody in November 2021, Christine often gets credit for showing the other wives how to exit. But she shared that Janelle played and still plays a key role in her support system. And Christine revealed that Janelle often visits her as well as her offspring. In addition to Gwendlyn, Kody and Christine share Aspyn, 27, Mykelti, 26, Paedon, 24, Ysabel, 19, and Truely, 12.

Janelle has visited Christine on several occasions. “She’s come to visit me several times. I have a guest room and she stays in the guest room,” said Christine about Janelle. And Janelle’s sister “also lives about a half an hour from me,” added Christine. “So she’ll see her and then she loves seeing [my daughters] Aspyn and Mykelti and the baby and all of it. So we’ve gone on a couple of trips together too.”
