Sister Wives spoilers for season 18 reveal that Kody Brown keeps obsessing over his ex-wife Christine. But because the two share children, the exes needed to meet. However, a lunch to chat about their daughter Truely got awkward very quickly, noted People.

And Kody admitted that he didn’t feel in a “great place” to spend time in person with Christine. The Sister Wives patriarch, 54, reflected on his struggles figuring out divorced life with Christine in a confessional.

And he recalled, “Christine moved me out of her house a year ago. And she said we were divorced.”

But Kody shared that amid the months that passed since then, the entire family experienced communication struggles.

For instance, the Sister Wives patriarch complained about “infrequent interactions” with his first wife Meri Brown. And he also shared that communications with second wife Janelle Brown had become “strained.”

Sister Wives Spoilers – Kody Brown Feels Betrayed

As a result of the splits, Kody clings to his only significant relationship with fourth wife Robyn Brown. But the rest of the family rarely talks, he claimed. However, Christine wants to achieve an “amiable” divorce.

And while Christine envisions a future where the exes communicate smoothly, Kody doesn’t even feel ready to lunch together. “I don’t really know how I feel about meeting for lunch,” confessed the Sister Wives patriarch. “I’m not feeling like I am in a great place.”

But Kody complained that Christine “betrayed him.” As a result, he feels that he “just never want to see her again. And I want to spend some time hating her.”

And Kody feels easily irritated by Christine. For instance, when she laughs about her ex-husband’s challenges with COVID, he reacts with hostility.

“Oh, I’m not laughing. I’m not laughing here. I haven’t been laughing with her leaving. I’ve never been laughing about this thing,” he asserted.

And then Kody went on a rant in a confessional. He recalled how Christine “asked me to stop staying at her place, I wasn’t laughing then.

She moved my stuff into the garage, I wasn’t laughing then. She left with Truely and she left early, I wasn’t laughing then. I’ve never been laughing about this.”
