Sister Wives Spoilers – Mykelti Brown Questions Religion
Kody Brown’s daughter Mykelti Brown doesn’t see her father longing to wed again anytime soon. But the reason doesn’t stem from Mykelti’s mother Christine splitting. And instead, Kody’s daughter noted that her father “and my moms aren’t really part of the religion anymore either.” The 26-year-old offspring of Christine and Kody made the comments on her Patreon page via Us magazine.
“The religion we grew up with, the Apostolic United Brethren, [is] where the polygamy base of faith and Mormonism kind of came from,” noted Mykelti. But her parents no longer seem “active in the church,” added Kody’s daughter. “And they’re not active in that religion or their beliefs in that church.”
However, Mykelti’s husband, Antonio Padron, went even further in expressing doubts about Kody seeking a new wife. “I doubt it, heavily,” declared the 38-year-old, who co-parents three children with Mykelti. And he added, “Like, super doubt it. Like, I’m pretty 100 percent sure that’s a no.”
Sister Wives Spoilers – Kody Brown Hints At Monogamy
Could Kody, 54, switch from publicizing his belief in plural marriages to settling for monogamy? The Sister Wives patriarch hinted at that possibility after watching his wives exit. Kody’s marriage history began when he legally wed Meri Brown in April 1990. He then formed spiritual unions with Janelle Brown and Christine, 51.
However, Kody later started courting Robyn Brown in 2014. And the Sister Wives patriarch decided to make his marriage to Robyn legal, enabling him to adopt her three children from another relationship. As a result, Kody divorced Meri, 52. But recently, three of Kody’s four wives split one by one.
First Christine ended her marriage to the Sister Wives patriarch. “When I decided to leave, I just looked at the next 10 years of my life,” she shared. “And I was like, ‘You know what, no, I’m not gonna repeat what I’ve done for the last 10 years.’ I decided from that point on, I would not look forward or back,” she added. “Yeah, no, I decided not to dwell in the past and so no regrets. I am who I am today because of everybody that’s been in my life so far.”
However, Meri and Janelle, 53, soon followed with their own splits from the Sister Wives patriarch. And that leaves Robyn as the final wife. But Kody just teased what might happen on Sister Wives next season. And he admitted, “Robyn and I are basically monogamous. Don’t let that out, that’s probably a spoiler,” added the Sister Wives patriarch. “But it seems obvious with the new season coming.”
