Meri Brown shed more than Kody Brown recently. The Sister Wives star also lost an impressive amount of weight. And now Meri has decided to spill the secrets to her slim-down. The Sister Wives star revealed her new slimming fitness passion in an Instagram Story via the Sun.

At 52, Meri has decided to defy those who claim weight loss gets more challenging as they get older. And the Sister Wives star shared her passion for F45 Workouts. The program involves participating in a 45-minute workout with a group. And Meri’s T-shirt showed her eagerness to take on the intense regimen as she worked out in her social media clip. The shirt promised that the Sister Wives star feels “READY.” Set to Sia’s song “Unstoppable,” the video showed Meri with her workout group.

And she wrote in her caption, “Taking team training to a whole other level!” However, the Sister Wives star surprised fans when she shared that she even devoted part of her trip to London to making sure that she stayed fit. “London Day 2 started off with business building and training with the amazing @danelledelgado followed by more epic training. Yep, where you do one thing, you do everything! #f45 brought a whole new meaning to team training! #SweatDaily my new motto for life AND business!” gushed Meri.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Meri Brown Visits London

And Meri admitted that she has felt obsessed with visiting London all her life. As a result, the Sister Wives star finally achieved her goal with a jet trip there. And in addition to working out, Meri enjoyed shopping and sight-seeing. Her trip included visits to Paddington Station, Buckingham Palace, the Princess Diana memorial, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey.

And Meri shared in her caption on social media, “First day in London complete! 7:30 am arrival left plenty of time to get some sight seeing in! I’m a huge Paddington fan so of course Paddington Station was on top of my to do list.” But the Sister Wives star admitted that she experienced “some mixed emotions about Buckingham Palace. Pretty awesome place to visit,” noted Meri. “And also felt very awkward to parade in front of someone’s home and take a picture just to say I had been there. I was surprised at the uncomfortable emotions that came up there.”
