Southern Charm Spoilers: Austen And Taylor Rumors Resemble Vanderpump Rules Scandal!

Southern Charm spoilers have made some fans wonder if the reality TV show cast stole its narrative this season from Vanderpump Rules. Because just like the “Scandoval” love triangle drama, the main story line on this season of Southern Charm involves two individuals allegedly hooking up and hurting the third person.

Southern Charm Spoilers – Olivia Confides In Shep

Spoilers for Southern Charm reveal Shep Rose huddles with Olivia Flowers in an attempt to understand what happened between her ex Austen Kroll and his ex Taylor Ann Green. And Shep demands to know “what the hell happened.” But a sneak peek via Hollywood Life reveals Olivia spilling that sweet Southern tea. 

And Olivia shares, “So, Taylor told me that she and Austen had a conversation about possibly being in a relationship. But the timeline of it though, Shep, is what knocked the wind out of me. This was after New York.” And Shep catches Olivia raising the red flag by commenting that she and Austen had remained involved amid that time period.

As a result, Olivia calls the situation “just messy [and] just not good.” But the Southern Charm star then confides in Shep that Taylor talked to her brother about the potential for a relationship with Austen. In turn, Austen spilled to his sister about the idea. And that didn’t thrill Shep.

Southern Charm Spoilers – Shep Gets Grouchy

And Shep makes his grouchy mood clear. Because Austen and Taylor both confided in other people, Shep believes that the rumors about a cheating scandal could prove true. And he claims, “Running it by people means there was more than just a friendship.”

But Shep also clearly feels shocked. And he admits to Olivia that he actually doesn’t know how to respond. “Olivia, man, I don’t know what to say. Maybe she just needed some arms to run into. But like, for him to be those arms considering you and me is f**king reprehensible,” added Shep, slamming Austen. 

However, Taylor previously admitted in an interview that she faced a “rough start” to the new season of Southern Charm. “And I’m the one to blame here,” she claimed. But Taylor insisted that she and Olivia have reconciled. 

“I think with things that transpired recently, we’ve been able to just kind of reconnect. That’s been really awesome and special and needed,” said Taylor. However, spoilers also reveal Taylor confessing to Olivia that she and Austen debated dating amid his relationship with Olivia. And the drama gets even more intense when Rod Razavi informs Austen that he kissed Olivia.
