Todd And Julie Chrisley Return To TV
The USA reality TV stars’ financial woes finally caught up with them in 2022 when Todd and Julie Chrisley both went to prison for bank fraud and tax evasion.
Despite raking in dough on Chrisley Knows Best, it was revealed that Todd Chrisley was already in serious debt and had run-ins with the IRS before he even became a TV star. Plus, we all saw his spending habits and even reality TV paychecks couldn’t keep up with those.
After her parents were incarcerated, Savannah Chrisley stepped up to the plate and took care of her little brother and niece. She also spent a lot of time advocating for Todd and Julie Chrisley while they were in prison, and making sure her parents’ rights weren’t violated.
Savannah went as far as to write President Trump a letter and beg him to pardon her parents, and it worked!
The Chrisley’s received Presidential pardons and were both released from jail in May 2025. Savannah also inked a new TV deal for her parents with Lifetime and had the cameras rolling when they both returned home.
