The Golden Bachelor follows 22 women ranging between age 60 to age 75. And all the contestants long for a chance at romance with Turner, a 71-year-old former restaurateur and widower from Indiana. The contestants have redefined love for their generation.

And Bachelor Nation host Jesse Palmer reflected on the Golden Bachelor. “There’s some incredible stories that I think are really going to resonate with people at home once you start peeling back the layers,” Palmer promised.
But the host also offered his views on the potential for a spin-off. And Palmer shared, “As the show goes on, you learn more about these women, what they’ve been through. I think there’s going to be a swell in support of there being a Golden Bachelorette. That’s my personal opinion,” he clarified.
And Palmer added, “I can’t speak on behalf of executives or anybody else, obviously. I’m sure everyone’s waiting to see how this one goes first. But I know there are thousands of women across America deserving of that.”

But Turner shared his insights, “When I talk to Joan, I feel like it’s the first step to a really strong connection. And knowing how much she sacrificed to be here. That is a strong signal that she does have feelings for me. I mean, that’s thrilling,” he admitted.
