April Kirkwood sparked rumors among Golden Bachelor fans about problems with some of the season one cast members, per Showbiz. And April turned to social media to complain about people who used her D.M.s to nag her about a trip she needed to cancel.

However, Golden Bachelor fans suspected that the problems occurred in the Golden Bachelor friend group created inside the mansion. And Kirkwood did hint at a rift.

For instance, April shared that three of her Golden Bachelor co-stars (Susan Noles, Kathy Swarts, and Nancy Hulkower), blocked her on social network. And Kirkwood complained her supposed friends made her feel so upset that someone helping her with her social media turned around and blocked the three women in return.

But April described the experience as feeling very “middle school” and depressing. And while Kirkwood faces the challenges in her friendship with Susan Noles, Kathy Swarts and Nancy Hulkower, that group reportedly enjoys themselves on the vacation that April cancelled.

And social media seems to confirm Kirkwood’s claims. For instance, prior to Gerry’s and Theresa’s wedding, April appeared in pics with the other women. And they all tagged her on their Instagram pages.

However, since the allegations that the trio blocked her, April’s account no longer is tagged. And it all reflects a baffling change in what started as a solid bond among April, Susan, Kathy, and Nancy when they starred on the Golden Bachelor.

But some fans of the show slammed the quartet as a clique. However, others thought it seemed positive to see women becoming friends among seeking the same man’s attention. And as it turned out, week four of the Golden Bachelor ended up with the exits of April, Nancy, and Kathy, with Susan eliminated the next week.

And until now, the women seemingly continued their friendship. But fans took sides. For instance, Kathy’s aggression with Theresa sparked a backlash for her And Kathy exited precisely because of how she treated the woman who Gerry Turner recently married.

Meanwhile, Theresa and Kathy have moved on. And some fans appreciated Kathy’s behavior amid the Golden Bachelor wedding special. However, others questioned her behavior toward Leslie Fhima, the show’s runner-up. And that could mean Kathy might lose a chance to appear in the rumored spin-off, the Golden Bachelorette.
