Gerry has two children and is ready to try love again. He told Good Morning America, “It’s never too late to fall in love again. Don’t give up, there’s always possibilities.” His daughters were the ones who actually pushed him to do the show.
His wife died and his daughters felt the time was right for him to start over. He was very nervous at first, but now he is hopeful about the women that he will meet on the show and possibly fall in love with.
He added, “I’d love it if I found a partner who is high energy. Someone who was high-energy. Someone who maybe plays pickleball; someone who maybe plays golf.” Gerry will meet a lot of single, senior women who are looking to find love again too.
