The Voice Spoilers – Coaches Prep For Three-Way Knockouts

But the competition will get more intense as the coaches work with their teams ahead of the three-way Knockouts. And those features of The Voice will start on November 6.

However, for Reba McEntire, it all feels new. And after replacing Blake Shelton on The Voice this year, Reba reflected on how it feels. “It’s a lot of pressure,” she confessed. “Because nobody can replace Blake Shelton.”

But although McEntire admires Blake’s “huge personality,” she has focused on “just getting in there trying to have fun.” And the singer added that she has set a goal of representing “country music as best I can.”

But Reba expressed gratitude to The Voice crew. And she called it “a well-oiled machine.” As a result, the country music songstress feels that “getting in at this time is marvelous. Everybody knows the game plan, from the crew, the producers. Everybody on the show is so nice, so sweet, and have been so helpful. I’m loving it.”

And McEntire also revealed what viewers can expect. “I can’t be a mean Judge,” she admitted. However, then the country music singer shared that she actually rejected the chance to become a coach when The Voice debuted.

“I mean, when I turned it down 15 years ago, when they wanted me to do The Voice, I said, ‘I can’t tell anybody that they’re horrible.’ I can’t say to somebody, ‘Well, is your mama gonna meet you at the bus station? Because you’re going home.’ I can’t do that,” she confessed.

But Reba shared that The Voice coaches John Legend, Gwen Stefani, and Niall Horan have helped her learn how to ease contestants’ exits. “I learn from John, Gwen, and Niall,” she revealed. “Every day that we’re working on The Voice, I’m learning more from them how to let ’em down easy if they don’t get picked up, coach ’em, and if you can give them any advice whatsoever.”
