Blake stepped back from the singing competition after Season 23. Gwen admits she has been struggling as a coach this season. She shared a new clip on her Instagram page.

The No Doubt singer wore a white exaggerated blouse that featured a bow tie in the front. She paired her outrageous look with a black sleeveless blouse and fringed skirt.

Gwen styled her signature platinum blonde hair in a high ponytail with red lipstick. She admitted that she’s having a “tough” time on the set of the long-running reality series.

The pressure to pick the right singers has been getting to her. She would normally have her best friend, hubby, and confidant with her to guide her. Gwen feels lost without Blake. She shared in the video that she is having a hard time.

“Big day today — battles. I’m getting freaked out on what I’m gonna do. How do you choose?” Gwen Stefani asked the camera.

According to The Voice spoilers, Blake stepped down after Season 23. Reba McIntyre is filling for him in the red chair. She’s the new country legend in town. However, Gwen is struggling with this change.

The reason why Blake stepped back from the show was to schedule more time for his family. Gwen admitted during the blind auditions that she was “struggling” to see the other singers choose her fellow coaches. She joked that she would have to bribe them to join her team.

“I’m going to have to take my wallet out to get some people on my team,” Gwen added.
