Todd and Julie Chrisley’s new release date has been revealed. The couple has been fighting to get out of prison early. Their daughter Savannah Chrisley has been advocating on their behalf. She has been making slow waves. Keep on reading to learn more.
Julie Chrisley Granted Early Release
According to a new report, Julie Chrisley was granted an early release. She’s serving seven years at a Kentucky Federal Medical Center. Her sentence was reduced to one year. However, she could return home earlier.
People reported that Savannah interviewed her parents’ attorney on her Unlocked podcast. Alex Little shared an update about Julie’s prison status. He has a feeling that she will be granted an even earlier prison release.

“If she is re-sentenced in the summer or fall of next year, I think her sentence should be substantially reduced,” Little explained. “That’s not out of the question.
And I think the hard part when you talk to clients and talk to families about things like that is, that is an option on a spectrum of options. And so you don’t want to give people false hope. You want to be realistic, that is certainly an option.”
Because of this, Julie Chrisley could return home as soon as 2025. She might be granted a three-year sentence. Julie hasn’t had as many issues in prison as Todd has.
A whistleblower claimed that Todd might get transferred to another prison because of his outspokenness about the prison conditions.
He also sat down for his first-ever interview behind bars with NewsNation, which caught controversy among critics.
Todd And Julie Chrisley’s Prison Dates Revealed
Todd and Julie Chrisley are serving a combination of 19 years. They could leave prison earlier. Todd’s new release date is January 22, 2033. That’s two years earlier than his original release date.
Julie is scheduled to be released on October 19, 2028. Alex Little still has hope that both of them will be released earlier. Savannah will continue to fight for her parents. She is scheduled to speak at CPAC 2024 in DC on February 21 and February 24.
It’s unclear what she will speak on, but it might have to do with advocacy in the criminal justice system. Critics also believe that Savannah will ask the U.S. government to pardon both of her parents.
