The Chrisley Knows Best stars were first sentenced for tax evasion and fraud. They had to pay restitution fees. This is common for people who have been accused of bank and wire fraud. The couple is hoping to get back some money so they can pay back some of the money ordered by the courts.

Earlier this month, they reached a small victory in court. People reported that Todd and Julie were awarded one million dollars, which went toward the hefty fine.

In addition, Savannah Chrisley tried to pay $17 million in restitution money. She initially felt that paying the restitution fee would be an admission of guilt.

However, she had a change of heart after the backlash she’s gotten. Savannah has rebranded her image after decrying the Federal Government.

The latest news on TMZ reveals that Todd and Julie Chrisley’s family house is being sold for $5.2 million. The couple purchased the home in 2018 for $3.38 million.

This is a good profit, which could help pay some of their restitution. According to the report, the house was sold to someone outside of the Chrisley family.
