Todd Chrisley‘s children have varied in their reactions to the Chrisley Knows Best patriarch’s imprisonment. For instance, Todd’s daughter Savannah Chrisley often discusses her views on her podcast. And his other daughter Lindsay also has spoken out.

Chase Chrisley Posts Throwback Pic Of Dad
Growing Up Chrisley alum Chase Chrisley, who also starred with his family in Chrisley Knows Best, wishes his dad Todd Chrisley could participate in his life. But with Todd, 54, in prison, Chase showed his longing in an Instagram Story. And the 26-year-old posted a throwback photo of Todd, noted People.
However, Chase did not mention his mother Julie, 50, in that Instagram post. And instead, the Growing Up Chrisley alum focused on his father. The picture showed Todd and Chase smiling together. And Chase wrote, “Missin ya pops” in his caption.
The Chrisley Knows Best alum posted the pic amid his parents’ combined 19-year prison sentence. Todd and Julie received their sentences for alleged financial fraud crimes. The two now reside at separate facilities, where each reported in January. As a result of his part in the alleged crimes, Todd will spend the next 12 years at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola in Florida. And Julie will finish out her seven-year sentence at FMC Lexington in Kentucky.
Chrisley Knows Best Kids Struggle With ‘Terrible Situation’
Before Todd and Julie began their prison sentences, the Chrisley Knows Best couple discussed their situation in interviews. And since living without their parents, the adult kids of the family have taken turns reflecting on their emotions. But Chase has chosen to stay silent about Todd’s and Julie’s legal woes after his first statements.
However, the Growing Up Chrisley alum has stated that he does not “owe the public an explanation.” But Chase did admit, “Obviously, what we have been going through is hell. It is a terrible, terrible situation. But I have to try and find the good, even in the darkest time. I feel like throughout everything that we have been going through, it has made me appreciate things I did not appreciate as much in the past. It’s made me do a lot of reflecting and just kind of figuring out who I am now as a man and who I wanna be in 10 years, and then 10 years from there and 10 years from there.”
And during Todd’s recent birthday, Chase shared pics of the father and son on social media. “Words can’t describe how much I miss you,” noted Todd’s son. And Chase shared his love after noting how much he missed his dad. “But we are together in spirit,” he added. “And I’m beyond proud of the man, father and husband that you are.”

He doesn’t owe an explanation to anyone! I feel horrible for them all. I wish they could get out and go home to their children so no one would have to feel the sadness and emptiness left in their hearts.
I’m praying for them all.
Prayers for the children and with there parents
This could never be an easy situation to go through. What is so sad about this country is that we relish in people’s downfalls instead of praying. I don’t think anyone should get that many years for a money crime. Killers have been let off in this country. Fine them make them pay the money back but what will jail time do in this case but cost the tax payers more money. We need to reevaluate the justice system and not give judges free range over sentencing. The years that they were given is not justified!!! Free the Chrisley’s!!!!
