But reality TV fans have discovered that Raquel does not intend to stay silent. And in the wake of her shocking interview with Real Housewives alum Bethenny Frankel, Leviss just dropped some more bombshells.

Vanderpump Rules Spoilers – Raquel Reacts To Backlash
Raquel Leviss, 28, recently opened up to Real Housewives alum Bethenny Frankel on her podcast. But in response, the Vanderpump Rules star sparked a backlash. For instance, some attacked Raquel for saying that she only got involved in an affair with Tom Sandoval because she thought his relationship with Ariana Madix wouldn’t last, noted ET.
Madix and Sandoval had begun their relationship in 2013. But when Ariana learned that Tom cheated on her with Leviss, she ended the relationship. And as viewers learned in season 10 of Vanderpump Rules, the drama (dubbed Scandoval) caused problems for Raquel in terms of fan and cast reaction.
However, reacting to the backlash, Leviss admitted, “I should have had more self respect than that and should have respected the relationship that Ariana had with Tom. No excuses.” But then she reflected on what led up to the affair.

And Raquel also confessed that she now recognizes she struggled with “low self-worth.” But she also revealed, “Tom kept telling me he was actively breaking up with her ‘amicably’ for her ‘mental health,’ which I can now see was magical thinking.”
And Leviss described Sandoval as coming up with a “million and one reasons why they hadn’t broken up yet.” As a result, the Vanderpump Rules star found it “easier to stay in that fantasy then to face the fact that the social anxiety and isolation was not worth it. So yes, absolutely you’re 100% right. It was MY responsibility to remove myself from that situation… now I know better.”
However, Ariana slammed Frankel for interviewing Leviss. And Madix revealed, “Bethenny actually upset me more in the things that weren’t said.” For instance, the Vanderpump Rules star, 38, feels that Frankel didn’t know much about Scandoval. And she shared that Frankel made “very hurtful” comments about the cheating scandal.

However, Leviss shared that she has cut off contact with the Vanderpump Rules cast with one exception. And she shared that she chatted with Lisa Vanderpump on the phone. But for now, Raquel does not want to return to Vanderpump Rules.
“There was a possibility up until recently she’d be returning for the new season, but ultimately decided against it,” a source shared. “Rachel is focused on her mental health journey and knew going back to the show would open her up to trauma she’s been working on healing. Rachel is looking forward to what the future holds for her.”
