We Bought A Funeral Home – Scary Shows Like We Bought A Funeral Home Never Get Old
Halloween is a month for family outings, trick or treating, costumes, and scary fireside tales. Of course, no scary season would be complete without gathering around the screen and eating popcorn while haunting movies make us jump! Of course, there are plenty to choose from and many of them are old family favorites. However, there’s enough new stuff coming out to keep fans going back for more.
We Bought A Funeral Home will probably get a good reception just like Hallmark’s Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: Haunted By Murder. That dropped in February, but there’s really no limit to the fascination with things scary and suspenseful. Actually, the new discovery+ show seems even more likely to get a lot of viewers, because it’s not only scary but also looks way interesting.
We Bought A Funeral Home – NIntporduces The Blumbergs
The Blumberg family loves everything spooky and supernatural. So, why not buy the local funeral home? Nearly 150 years old, plenty of dead people passed through the old mansion located in Dresden, Ontario. Heather and Arryn Blumberg have two teenage kids who are just as fascinated as they are when it comes to scary and weird things. Arryn described her family as “a little kooky,” because they love everything “spooky.”
A trailer for We Bought A Funeral Home dropped on discovery+ on Instagram this week, and it becomes clear that soon, plenty of fans will clamor for more. The old home has 38 rooms, is three stories high, and has some scary places in it, like the casket lift. While the family intends to renovate the place, that means opening up certain areas that might reveal some surprises. And, the family dog doesn’t like it much at all.
We Bought A Funeral Home – A Winner For The Streaming Platform?
The trailer for We Bought A Funeral Home revealed a bit of a skeleton and other objects. Quite why there were instruments of torture in the home seems a mystery. Maybe some folks were helped along on their way to the other side.
One follower who saw the trailer wrote, “Oooo this looks like a fun watch!!”
Joining in the fun, the Blumbergs posted in the comments as well. They said, “We’ve been dying for everyone to see this! Making the show has been a haunting experience for us….. okay, we’ll stop now…! 👻🎃.”
You can catch the premiere of the show on October 1 on discovery+.
