British Royal Family News says it was highly unlikely that they were close friends to begin with, but it looks like they don’t even want to be associated with them now.

British Royal News suggests Oprah Winfrey and former President of the United States Barack Obama have apparently turned their backs on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and that’s simply because they want nothing to do with all of the royal drama they’ve created thanks to their Netflix series Harry and Meghan and of course, the Duke of Sussex’s new book, Spare. Royal correspondent Kara Kennedy points out that Harry and Meghan are being left off the invite list to A-list events and that they are also feeling quite ignored by Hollywood’s elite.

That’s most because a lot of people in the celebrity A-list circle don’t want to be seen with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and that’s mostly because of all the drama and controversy they’ve created mostly thanks to the way they’ve thrown members of their royal family under the bus.

The royal critic points out that the Sussexes failed to snag invites to Oprah and Obama’s respective birthday parties in recent years. Kennedy writes in The Spectator, “Snubs like this show that the tide is turning with the Sussexes – and that the gamble that saw them trade in the lifelong duty of being working royalty for the money and fame of being celebrities hasn’t paid off.”

She continued, “It’s easy to see why Oprah wouldn’t want the pair at her birthday shindig after Harry’s latest revelations. During his press tour for the duke’s memoir, Spare, nearly three years on from that bombshell interview with Oprah, he made her look stupid.”
