Did she really come back to the UK to do something that she could easily have done back in Hollywood? That’s what a lot of royal critics can’t help but wonder when it comes to Meghan Markle and her acting career. That’s because some things simply aren’t making much sense in the latest reports.

Apparently, one of the major reasons why Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are moving back to the UK is not because they are having some major financial problems behind the scenes or that they are worried about King Charles and his health – well at least they don’t seem to be driving forces.

Instead, it’s because the Duchess of Sussex apparently got an acting gig in the UK. This, despite the fact that the former television actress has not received any offers while she and Harry have been living in California these last six years.

However, one source close to the situation tells Page Six that Meghan is making it look like this new acting job is the one and only reason why she’s agreed to step foot back in the UK again.

What’s Really Going On With The Duchess Of Sussex?

The source said, “You wait. They will announce the deal and M will say, ‘After being back on set I realized my true passion is and has always been acting.”

Of course, the internet certainly does have a lot to say about the matter.

Some royalists even took to social media to comment with, “She’s been taking baby steps back toward her acting career for a while now, she has that cameo and everything.”

“This is what she does, this was her career before Harry, and now that she no longer has to bow to made up protocol, she can be HER now. While not the greatest actress ever, I really enjoyed her in Suits.”

Another critic wrote, “I think the whole acting rumor is just nonsense. The lady has a bunch of things going on, each of which qualifies as a full time job. When is she supposed to sleep or see her family?”

“The bottom line is absolutely no one has a single clue what either Harry or Meghan are up to. I love that for them and long may it continue.

So far both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
