Is Meghan Markle Returning To Suits For a Charity Episode?

Could Meghan Markle be returning to her roots in the new year? That’s what a lot of fans want to know as there is a new report that suggests the Duchess of Sussex might make a surprise guest appearance on the hit legal drama Suits. Meghan is best known for her role as Rachel Zane on the series.

According to reports, producers of the show are hoping that Meghan Markle will return for one episode, which apparently could land her a multi-million-pound donation for charity. Producers are even hoping to get Meghan to appear in a two-minute clip for the show. What’s more, they are even willing to film it in the U.K. as well.

An NBC source told Britain’s Daily Star publication, “We could be done in half a day or less. No final figure has yet been arrived at but negotiations are likely to be opened in the very near future. I’ve heard sums ranging from two to six million being kicked around and that sounds a lot – but it would be one of the biggest marketing coups in TV history.”

On Wednesday 16 January The Duchess of Cambridge will visit the Costume Department @RoyalOperaHouse.

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the possibility of returning to Suits. But with that being said, many royal observers believe that it’s doubtful that she would return to Hollywood, especially now that she’s a royal. What’s more, Meghan has a lot on her plate right now with her royal engagements, her public appearances, and of course a baby on the way! The Duchess and Prince Harry are expecting their first baby together sometime in the Spring.
