Kate Middleton made it no secret that she was having a hard time hiding her emotions this past week during the Commonwealth Day Service with the Queen. In fact, she didn’t even greet Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who were both sitting behind them during the service. Instead, the mother-of-three looked rather tense and only managed to make a little small talk with her husband, Prince William.

According to new reports, Vanity Fair royal commentator Katie Nicholl believes that Kate Middleton might be having the hardest time behind the scenes, as she has apparently been taking this entire ‘Megxit’ ordeal very hard.

That’s mostly because she had a very good relationship with Prince Harry before his wife Meghan Markle entered the picture. Many royal fans even recall Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry working together on many royal projects and engagements in the past. Harry’s Marriage To Meghan Markle Has Caused Tension

“To be honest, I think Kate has taken it all badly,” a source told Nicholl. “She, Harry and [her husband Prince] William were once such a happy trio. She thinks what has happened is all very sad.”
