Kate Middleton Is Still Being Treated Better By The UK Press Than Meghan Markle

She just can’t catch a break, now can’t she? Even though Kate Middleton is in the middle of a major photoshopping controversy.

A lot of people believe that if Meghan Markle were to edit her photos in the same way that the Princess of Wales did with her Mother’s Day pic, she would get treated far worse than her sister-in-law by the UK press. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Even though Kate Middleton was basically thrown under the bus by the royal family when she was forced to admit that she was the one who edited the wonky Mother’s Day photo with her kids even though Prince William supposedly took the pic, Meghan would have been treated far worse in the same situation. At least that’s what one PR expert by the name of Lynn Carratt believes.

In a new interview with The Mirror, Carratt put it this way, “Had the photo scandal happened to Meghan Markle, would have been treated much worse, especially in the UK. Most photos are edited before they reach the public, especially in terms of lighting and coloring. Meghan herself has previously been accused of editing the official press pictures.”

Carratt also pointed out that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were accused of editing on of their Christmas photos from the past, even thought that wasn’t the case at all.

She added, “Meghan’s pal who took the photo, Janina Gavankar, shared the original frame on her Instagram account – which appeared to be exactly the same photo as the latter. Meghan will always get knocked more than Kate for whatever she does as the British public certainly are team Kate.”

So far Meghan Markle herself has made no comments about the matter.
