Prince Louis Delighted Royal Family Fans With Platinum Jubilee Antics

The late Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee proved a delight for royal family fans. And one reason came from little Prince Louis. Kate Middleton and Prince William’s youngest son didn’t want to sit still for so long.

And he demonstrated his restless, playful nature with a series of antics. As a result, some think Louis should get banned from King Charles’ upcoming coronation, reported Page Six.

Kate Middleton's Playful Son Prince Louis Banned From King Charles' Coronation?!

And a palace insider revealed that the little boy’s behavior at past royal events has made the royal family concerned about his ability to survive the May 6 ceremony without acting up. “He’s only 4, after all,” pointed out the source. But despite his young age, Louis stole the spotlight at Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee repeatedly.

For instance, the young prince made silly faces while standing on the balcony during the festivities. And cameras caught Louis covering his ears and screaming during the Trooping the Color flypast. He also stuck his tongue out at his mom Princess Kate during the pageant. However, Louis’ uncle Mike Tindall felt forgiving.

And Tindall claimed that the little boy’s antics came from a “complete sugar high.” But in addition to revealing that his nephew had gobbled up “a lot of sweets,” Tindall pointed out, “It’s tough for the [kids to sit there]. They’re all young. It’s a long time.”

Prince George And Princess Charlotte Will Attend Coronation

But while Louis might stay home with a nanny, his big sister Princess Charlotte will attend King Charles’ coronation. And Louis’ older brother, Prince George, will even participate. The 9-year-old earned mention in the official invitation as one of the monarch’s page boys.

However, an official Kensington Palace spokesperson revealed that Prince William and Princess Kate still haven’t decided about Louis. And the spokesperson shared, “The Prince and Princess of Wales will make a decision on Prince Louis’ attendance closer to the time.” But Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s presence remains equally unknown. And though a spokesperson for Harry and Meghan confirmed they received an invitation, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex did not yet accept or refuse the offer.

“Whatever happens, Harry and Meghan will always be the ones in the headlines,” predicted an insider. And the source added, “They do hold the upper hand.” Last year, Meghan and Harry appeared at the Platinum Jubilee with their son Archie, 3, and daughter Lilibet, 1. The Duchess and Duke of Sussex also attended Elizabeth’s funeral in September 2022 without the children.
