It might be the hottest show on Netflix right now, but it looks like the majority of Brits would rather tune out than tune in.

There’s a new report that suggests many royal fans and critics alike across the pond plan on snubbing Prince Harry’s new Netflix docuseries, Heart of Invictus.

That’s because they still have a bone to pick with the Duke of Sussex over all of the nasty things that he’s said about King Charles, Prince William and the rest of the royal family. Here’s what you need to know.

Prince Harry’s latest offering for Netflix, Heart of Invictus, debuted on the online streamer on August 30th. The five-part docuseries will focus on how the organizers prepared for the 2020 Invictus Games in The Netherlands until it was delayed to 2022 because of the pandemic.

Harry talks a lot about his own mental health in the series. His wife, Meghan Markle, only makes a few brief appearances on the show.

And while Heart of Invictus has already drummed up a lot of interest in the U.S., the same can’t be said about royal watchers across the pond.

A new poll by Express.co.uk suggests that Brits could care less about Harry’s new docuseries. Some have even commented on the matter with, “I can’t even bare to watch the trailer or read any more articles about Harry & his wife ,” along with, “I don’t care to watch the exploits of the veterans. Couple destroyed the heart of the Games.”

Another critic wrote, “All this is doing is turning people off the games themselves….tainted by association. To watch them bla bla, at the expense of our vets, that are to polite to say what they are thinking, nope.”

So far Prince Harry himself has not made any comments about the criticism that he’s received, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Heart of Invictus is streaming on Netflix now.
