The rumors of Prince William cheating on Kate has been making rounds on the internet off and on for a few years now, and royal fans are beginning to deduce that the rumors started at around the same time Meghan Markle joined the Royal Family. Even if it did, does that mean that the now 41-year-old former American actress has any hand in it?
Meghan Markle Accused Of Having A “Strange Obsession” with Prince William and Kate’s Marriage
Meghan Markle allegedly was the source of the nasty rumors claiming that Prince William had a secret affair with Hanbury through a tabloid magazine she had connections with.
The “International Business Times”, quoting a source, reported that Meghan Markle had a “strange obsession” with Prince William and Kate’s fairytale marriage.
William and Kate first met at uni, and now, over 20 years later, they’re married with three adorable kids: Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4.
OK! Magazine, quoting a source, reported: “In 2019 when rumors about William cheating were all over the American press, everyone suspected Meghan. She and Prince Harry were just married and living in England. They knew everything that was happening within the royal household.”
To allegedly defame the couple, Meghan spread rumors about the William and Hanbury affair through tabloid magazine “In Touch Weekly”, as she knew insiders at the media outlet.
However, there is no concrete evidence that she did indeed leak the information to the outlets. At the moment, these are only speculations.
Meghan Markle’s Early Days As A Royal Were Hard
Meghan’s time in the Royal Family hasn’t been an easy one, with media outlets reporting almost everyday about what she did and didn’t do right. It is understood that Kate’s early days as a royal weren’t easy as well, but Meghan believes that hers were made harder by her race.
To tell her own side of the story, she sat down for a two hour interview with Oprah Winfrey, which was, of course, much criticized by royal experts.

Markle is very jealous of Catherine and not being at least equal to the Catherine is part of the reason they left. I do believe Meghan planted the rumor and her squad run with it all over social media. Now they are adding on more salacious details because they were not getting the shock value they aimed for. Hypocrites, liars. Users are the two who who left the country for a private life.
Yes, I agree. Markle only cares about herself. She has Harry whipped! If they think America is so awful, why have they migrated here to live? And why are they constantly seeking attention if they say they want a ” quiet life”?
Megan treats her family like crap. I have no doubt she would do this. Let’s stop putting her in the spot light. I will not be buying or reading anything from her or Harry. Go live your non-Royal life.
Of course Meegain was & still is jealous of Kate. Kate has all the qualities of a Princess & Queen-in-waiting while meegain can hardly walk straight. She is the one who fueled hairy’s jealousy of William & talked him into abandoning his Royal Family. She has been nothing but trouble for everyone around her so it doesn’t surprise me that she started that rumor. She’s trash & bad news. I look forward to seeing her & hairy crash & burn soon. They deserve everything they get & then some. I just feel badly for their kids who will end up bearing the brunt of their parents bad behavior.
