Meghan Markle stepped back from the spotlight when Prince Harry released his memoir. And the Duchess of Sussex watched from the background as her hubby gave interviews on his tell-all book. But now Meghan has reportedly launched a three-part publicity campaign to steal back that spotlight.

Some royal family experts see similarities between Meghan Markle and Princess Diana. And as evidence, these specialists point to what happened after Meghan spent months avoiding the spotlight.

As a result of her avoidance, Prince Harry stepped into the limelight, exploiting royal family secrets in order to make his memoir a best-seller. But now Meghan has returned with a three-part publicity campaign, noted the Daily Mail.

In late April, Meghan unveiled her dramatic makeover. Because she looked so different, some even dubbed her the Duchess of Botox amid plastic surgery rumors. And Meghan’s revenge look sparked comparisons to Princess Diana’s 1994 black revenge dress after Charles’ adultery confession.

But Markle had just begun her publicity playbook. And last month, she and Harry showed up at a Lakers basketball game. Their seemingly plotted appearance tried to deny any claims that the two led separate lives. However, Meghan dodged Harry’s attempt at canoodling on the kiss cam. And Diana similarly once turned away when Charles tried to kiss her at a polo match.

However, comparisons to Princess Diana appear weak in terms of Meghan’s latest PR act. Because though Diana did use the media to show her return to her work via the Red Cross, Markle stepped up and orchestrated a major announcement amid King Charles’ coronation publicity. And she perfectly timed the news of her deal with a Hollywood super-agent to steal back that spotlight.

Because all of Markle’s latest PR ploys occurred just days before King Charles’ coronation, some accused Meghan of plotting her disappearance from the spotlight for four months. And they claim she did so in order to emerge at the perfect time to steal the royal family spotlight. As a result, some royal experts believe the Duchess Of Woke awoke to the need for drama in order to reclaim the limelight.

But they also believe that Meghan felt jealous about the coronation. Because she couldn’t play a major role in the historic event, she decided to snub it and make her own play for publicity. However, a recent UK poll reveals that it didn’t work. Harry and Meghan received approval ratings of 22 percent and 18 percent respectively, with only Prince Andrew ranking as less liked. And only one-third of the public believe the Sussex family’s allegations against the royal family.
