Royal fans are reacting to a US Daily Report that quotes a Meghan Markle source as saying that the Duchess has no interest whatsoever in competing with the Princess of Wales.

I mean, imagine releasing something like that less than a week in the country? It reminds me of Meghan’s proclamations shortly after her engagement to Prince Harry, where she claimed that she does not want to be “the heart” of the Royal Family.

Well, this latest report has been met with its own brand of royal backlash.

Royal Fans Accuse Meghan Markle of Issuing Her First “Clap-back” Following UK Move

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have now landed in the UK to start their new chapter, and already, sources close to the Duchess are telling us how she plans to approach this new chapter.

According to the US Daily Report, “[Meghan Markle] has no plans, no interest, and no desire to steal their thunder or their peace of mind. In fact, she could not care less about ever seeing, meeting, or being in the same room with them.”

However, fans saw this little announcement as an old and reheated tactic by Meghan to stir drama and keep herself in the headlines.

“So, Meghan strikes her first clapback,” one fan wrote on social media, adding, “She had it announced through ‘sources’ that William and ‘Kate’ can relax as Meghan has no interest in stealing their thunder or standing next to them or being in the same room with them. You can see the cat’s claws already out.”
