Meghan Markle BREAKS Past New Year’s Resolutions, REVEALS 2024 Goal!

And in contrast, her resurfaced blog reveals the now-Duchess of Sussex’s past resolutions and the goal she set just a few months before meeting Prince Harry.

At the time, Meghan shared that she resolved to stop swearing. And she also wanted to quit her nail-biting habit. However, the actress then confessed that she keeps making and then breaking the same resolutions.

Meghan Markle Feels ‘Cheeky’ After Cocktails

“These make my New Year’s resolution list nearly (AKA actually every) single year. The swearing comes in lulls triggered by being overworked or feeling mighty cheeky after a couple drinks,” Meghan admitted. “And when it comes to the biting of the nails—well, it still happens with a turbulent flight or a stressful day. It’s unladylike. But then again, so is the swearing. Dammit.”

However, In the same blog post, the now Duchess of Sussex confessed that she also failed to fulfill her other goals of learning French and running a marathon.

As a result, Meghan decided to set just one goal for herself. And just a few months prior to meeting Prince Harry, the actress wrote, “For this new year, the only thing I aim to do is to approach life playfully. To laugh and enjoy, to keep my standards high,” she added.

But Meghan then expanded on everything else she wanted for the upcoming year. And she shared that she wanted to boost her “level of self-acceptance higher. My New Year’s resolution is to leave room for magic. To make my plans, and be okay if they sometimes break.” And the actress also shared that she wanted to stay “open to change. To let the magic know that there is an open door policy and that it is always welcome to join the party.”

Meghan Markle Wants ‘Redemption’

However, ironically, the resurfaced goals come just as insiders share that Meghan and Harry set the same goal for 2024: A year of “redemption.”

And that comes after the couple became known as the “biggest losers” of 2023. They earned that label after their Netflix documentary series and Harry’s tell-all Spare both sparked a backlash for the slams for the royal family. And donations to their Archewell Foundation fell nearly dropped £9million in a year.

But the Duchess and Duke of Sussex feel optimistic about the upcoming year. And an insider shared, “Harry and Meghan think 2024 will be the year of redemption.”

But for the Duchess of Sussex, the upcoming year could see a return to acting. And Meghan’s recent appearance in an ad for a coffee company supposedly hinted that she might even consider endorsing companies through appearing in future commercials.
