Meghan Markle Picks Up This Beauty Trick From Princess Diana

It looks like Meghan Markle has been doing her beauty homework. That’s because a few eagle-eyed royal fans have noticed that the Duchess of Sussex has picked up on a little trick that Princess Diana used to do with her hair. And according to royal fans, it seems to be working quite well for the former Hollywood actress.

According to Elle UK, Princess Diana used to be very careful about her haircuts. She didn’t want to do anything drastic with her hair because she knew that it would make the front pages the very next day. That’s why she had her stylist cut about one-fourth of an inch at a time overall several weeks if she wanted to change her hairstyle. That way it didn’t look like she was doing anything drastic with her hair when in fact she was actually cutting it in short layers.

Well, now it looks like Meghan Markle is doing the same exact thing. Many royal fashion and style fans have noticed that the Duchess of Sussex has been sporting delicate layers around her face. There’s a lot of speculation that Meghan is looking to change her look, but she simply doesn’t want to make any huge headlines about it, and that’s why she is cutting her hair in subtle layers.

Elle UK’s Digital Beauty Editor George Driver put it this way, “If having three inches cut off in one sitting is too much change, having a quarter inch trimmed every couple of weeks a la Meghan Markle is much less scary and will ultimately help your hair grow in the long run.”
