If she could turn back time, she probably would. Or maybe not. Of course, we are talking about Meghan Markle as there’s heavy speculation on social media that suggests she might be regretting her long-standing feud with none other than Donald Trump.

And that’s not because she wants to get into the good graces of the president right now. Instead, she would rather try and get close with his daughter, Ivanka Trump.

That’s because Ivanka has been invited to all of the major celebrity events of the year, including Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s ultra glam wedding in Venice. Sadly, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle did not make the invite list.

But of course, Ivanka Trump was there along with her husband, Jared Kushner and a long list of who is who in the entertainment world.

While no one knows why Lauren did not want the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at her wedding, Meghan figures that if she becomes friends with people like Ivanka or even the Kardashians, it would be hard to ignore her.

Meghan Markle Wants To Be Friends With Ivanka Trump

Not only that, but Ivanka Trump can also help repair Meghan Markle’s image. After all, Kim Kardashian did the same for Ivanka when no one in the celebrity world wanted to be in the same room as Donald Trump’s daughter.

Now, that’s not to say that Meghan and Ivanka will have a flourishing friendship. But for the former Hollywood actress, being seen with Ivanka while out and about in public is enough for her as she knows it will make a big difference when it comes to her being accepted again in certain social circles.

After all, what’s the worst that can happen at this point, right?

So far the Duchess of Sussex has made no comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space for more.
