Even though Kate Middleton hasn’t had the best start to her new year, it seems like Meghan Markle still has every reason to be jealous of her sister-in-law.

Kate Middleton has not been seen in public since before the Christmas holidays. That’s because she had undergone abdominal surgery and because of it, will remain under the radar as she continues to recover at home.

Things certainly haven’t been easy for the princess because her father-in-law King Charles has also been dealing with his health woes, too.

He had also undergone corrective surgery for his enlarged prostate. A week later, the King announced that he was also diagnosed with cancer, but hasn’t specified which kind.

Because of everything that is going on, there’s strong speculation that King Charles might abdicate from the throne and hand it over to his son, Prince William. This will make Kate Middleton the Queen of England.

Apparently, Meghan Markle is seething with jealousy because she knows that Kate will become the new darling of the media as everyone can’t wait to see her as queen.

It goes without saying that Meghan Markle is in a position that she doesn’t want to be in right now.

She’s lost multiple lucrative contracts, Netflix wants to pull the plug on her and Prince Harry and she’s not getting the kind of attention that she used to get as a royal.

So it’s no wonder that she would be jealous of Kate and the future that she has in front of her. Watch this space as we have a feeling that the royal drama is just about to begin between Meghan and Kate.
