Duchess Meghan looked radiant when she and Prince Harry offered their warm wishes for Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund grantees — who they shocked with phone calls! In a new video released Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex surprised some recipients of the first-ever Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund grants with personal phone calls.

For the appearance, the Duchess wore a new Bleusalt turtleneck and matching tube skirt in camel. As many fans probably already know, Blesalty is based in Malibu.

Clearly, Meghan is supporting local California designers by giving them this kind of free publicity. Many of Meghan’s fashion fans have commented on her new look with, “What a nice surprise to wake up to. Meg looks so chic!
