Resurfaced Blog Shows Meghan Markle Lied?

Meghan Markle created a narrative for her life before dating Prince Harry. And Meghan’s tale claims she knew nothing about the royal family prior to meeting Harry. However, a resurfaced blog post hints at a very different reality, pointed out TMZ.

And in the resurfaced blog, Markle seems to throw shade at Kate Middleton. The blog, which Meghan wrote in 2014 for her website The Tig, described Markle’s views on Kate’s extravagant wedding with Prince William at 2014. And Meghan mocked society for appearing so intrigued with the royal family.

But Markle in particular threw shade at women of all ages for day-dreaming about becoming a princess. “Little girls dream of being princesses. I, for one, was all about She-Ra, Princess of Power,” wrote Meghan. As He-Man’s sister, She-Ra seeks power as a warrior princess. And Markle scoffed, “We’re definitely not talking about Cinderella here.” However, Meghan subsequently shut down her website.

But the now-Duchess of Sussex seems obsessed with Kate Middleton in her post. And in that blog, Meghan slammed other women for holding onto what she saw as childish dreams of becoming a princess. But she particularly bashed those dreams related to the royal family.

For instance, Markle sneered, “Just look at the pomp and circumstance surrounding the royal wedding.” And Meghan expressed disdain for the “endless conversation about Princess Kate.” However, such comments seemed to contradict how Prince Harry’s now-wife repeatedly claimed to know nothing about the royal family before she began to date Prince Harry.

And in interviews and on her Netflix documentary series, Meghan kept saying she didn’t know anything about Harry’s royal relatives. As a result, Markle described herself as seeing her first dates with the Prince as just like any other romantic outing. And she also claimed that she paid no attention to his royal background.

For instance, Meghan shared in an interview after becoming engaged to Prince Harry that she “didn’t know much” about her royal fiancé or his family before meeting him. But Markle’s blog, penned when she starred on Suits, reveals a very different tale. And Meghan’s shade about Kate at that time seems particularly significant now, pointed out Page Six.

In his memoir Spare, Prince Harry alleged that Middleton caused Markle to cry over Princess Charlotte’s bridesmaid dress. And he also claimed that Kate “grimaced” when Meghan requested some lip gloss. That request occurred during an event featuring Harry, William, Kate, and Meghan. And it contributed to rumors that Kate and Meghan feuded.
