Meghan Markle To Continue Royal Tour Despite Zika WarningsMeghan Markle might be pregnant with her first child, but it looks like nothing is going to stop her from doing her job. As a matter of fact, there’s a new report that says the Duchess of Sussex will continue her royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga despite Zika virus warnings.

According to reports, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are about to embark on a 16-day tour beginning in Sydney, Australia. The royal couple will tour everything that is on their schedule, despite warnings from the Foreign Office about a risk of Zika virus on the islands of Fiji and Tonga. With that being said though, Meghan will not be attending the Fiji War Memorial or the Colo-i-Suva forest. Instead, her husband Prince Harry will be attending those events on his own.

Kensington Palace announced Meghan Markle’s pregnancy on social media on Monday. The palace shared a photo of the happy couple holding hands and captioned it with, “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019. Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”
