That’s because she’s once again dressed like she’s in the middle of winter during the very warm sunny days of spring.

In fact, the Duchess of Sussex turned heads when she showed up at San Ysidro Ranch wearing both a heavy winter coat and rain boots for some reason that no one can explain.

If that weren’t enough, she was also spotted carrying a basket of wilted flowers and acting as if the garden were her own. This, despite the fact that she was nowhere near her own home.

A lot of people can’t help but wonder if Meghan was looking for some attention dressed in the way that she was or if she was filming a new episode for her Netflix show, ‘With Love, Meghan,’ Either way, something just doesn’t add up.

As you can imagine, the internet had a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “She’s trying to act like she’s British with the jacket and the Wellies. She’s desperate to exploit the connection to the Royal Family. There’s nobody in California who dresses like this to work outside.”

Another critic wrote, “She is copying Catherine. Catherine is in Scotland (weather is colder) wearing skinny pants, jackets, long sleeved shirt, so Markle has to copy what Catherine is wearing. Markle is sick.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Is she filming for another Netflix go round? As a horticulturalist? This time in her pretend English garden? She sure has quite the imaginative fantasy life. A female Walter Mitty.”

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the criticism that she’s received, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space for more.
