Meghan Markle’s Strong Work Ethic Causing Drama

The word on the street or inside the Palace is that Meghan Markle is a force to be reckoned with and she is driving the aide’s crazy with her strong work ethic. Imagine if 24 hours is an eternity in politics, six months is like an eternity. It’s been six months since Prince Harry married Meghan. A new insider is dishing on what is really like behind the scenes with the Duchess of Sussex.
Meghan’s Strict Schedule
Meghan broke royal history when she married Prince Harry. Not only is she the first African American woman to marry into the royal family, but she is a divorced woman to boot. Right after settling into her new wife(y) role, Markle informed the staff of her schedule, which included getting up at 5 am each morning.
The Palace staff believed that she would be a breath of fresh air. Instead, many felt she is more of a whirlwind or perhaps a hurricane. She doesn’t play by the rules and she has decided to make her own set of guidelines, refusing to follow royal protocol.
According to the Daily Mail, Markle sends about six or seven text messages to the top royal aides a day. She is driven, and she constantly is looking to meet with charities in the area to work with. Her strong work ethic causes tension with the other royals. The insider believes she needs to step back and relax it on the intensity.

Meghan’s Style
Queen Elizabeth was “shocked” that Meghan decided to wear a white wedding dress, considering Prince Harry wasn’t her first marriage. It was then, most royal followers discovered that Markle was going to do things her way, and she wouldn’t worry about who disagreed with her.
The Duchess was told that she needs to stop dressing like a movie star and more like a member of the royal family. However, the source revealed that Meghan doesn’t take direction well, especially about her clothing choices.
It’s clear that Meghan has ruffled a few feathers by her go-get-’em attitude. Many feel the royal family needs a change. Maybe, they need to stop criticizing Markle and embrace her ideas as a possible change.

Right. He entire Royal Family needs to do things her way …. Because she knows more about Royal Tradition than the Queen?
The queen has had longer to be experienced with being manipulating, bossy and dangerous than poor old Maggot. Maggot is out of her depth with the creepy RF.
Though Meghan’s way of doing things may need some adjustments and softening around the edges, she should be admired for her work ethic and commitment to her charities. Everyone criticized Kate for being lazy. Now Meghan is being criticized for working hard. It seems that the general public cannot make up its mind. People just seem to need something to crab about!

Big difference between working and getting things done and just being a total idiot ordering “her ” staff around.
