Soon after the news came out that Harry and Meghan were being chased by six cars that had blacked out windows, many people took to Twitter to share their feelings and thoughts about the matter. Many of them also compared Harry and Meghan’s experience to that of Princess Diana’s death. As many fans can recall, Diana died in Paris back in 1997 after her car was chased by the paparazzi.

Some comments from concerned fans included, “I no longer believe that Diana was killed by an accident. Same. The 6 blacked out SUVs chasing them is a scary thought,” along with, “I never did but I wasn’t so sure who until I started following the Sussexes & I believe that all roads lead to Buckingham palace. However with this NYC incident of Harry & Meghan, my senses are pointing to Kensington palace.”
