Prince George, Little King In Waiting Is No Ordinary Little Boy

Prince George of Wales, still a kid, is an important member of the British royal family. In fact, he’s no run-of-the-mill child of the royals as the eldest child of William and Kate, the Prince and Princess of Wales. As he’s the eldest grandchild of King Charles III, he’s second in line of succession to the British throne behind his dad.

Recently on YouTube, The List revealed a lovely little clip revealing some insight into William and Kate’s eldest son. If you follow the royal family, you will know that he’s very much in the public eye, and people appreciate his growing personality.  However, he’s no ordinary pre-teen and is well aware that one day he will be King.

Prince George Making a Fashion Statement

Most nine-year-olds would probably attend Wimbledon in casual wear. However, he dressed a lot like his dad to watch Nick Kyrgios and Novak Djokovic on the center court. While it was a good game, many eyes were on the future monarch in his navy suit. Notably, some folks complained that dressing him so formally in the hot weather seemed cruel.

However, it turned out that he just wanted to be like his dad. And, he’s well aware of the importance of his father who will one day take over from King Charles.

Prince George, Little King In Waiting Is No Ordinary Little Boy

Certainly, Prince George made the headlines for trendsetting the fashion world and that’s all it took for retailers to get demands for similar outfits. Clearly, for some time to come, the streets of Britain will reveal a neat throwback fashion to the 1930s. Mind you, not everyone liked the reports that he once told his classmate to watch out because his dad would be the monarch one day. Still, which boy never boasted about their parents at school, even if in imaginary terms?

Prince George Never Met His Grandma

With the young royal growing u,p we have to wonder how Princess Diana would have been as a grandmother. Actually, there’s sadness expressed among royal watchers because William’s children will never get to meet William’s mom. Fans of the family know that William keeps her memories alive as he previously mentioned that he plays home movies for the kids from when he was a child. Actually, it’s a nice thought that the children are able to get a glimpse of who she was and how their dad grew up.

Prince George’s sister, Princess Charlotte talked about Princess Diana, saying that she made her Grandma a card for Mother’s Day. Clearly,  William and Catherine try their best to keep her memories alive for their children, which is simply very special. As she raised her own kids well, obviously, her instinct would have been to act as a wonderful grandmother.  Recall, she tried to give her sons some perspective and often deviated from activities within the palace protocol.

The Family Dynamics Of Prince George

From what people can see, the KIng-In-Waiting looks to be a gregarious young man with a caring attitude toward his siblings. Actually, a source close to the royal family reportedly said that just like any other child. Prince George has to do chores even though he tries to wiggle out of them. For example, he “makes his own bed.” Keeping it real, his parents William and Catherine Middleton both agree that none of their kids will escape doing at least one chore every day.

Probably, his parents make Prince George do chores because it gives him an insight into the way other people live. After all, nobody could be a successful monarch of the people if they don’t understand how those people live. On the surface of it, folks might approve of him being raised as somewhat of a normal child. At least as far as possible. At school, he isn’t given his title, so he’s just George” to his classmates. However, at the end of the day, he is a future monarch, and he knows that very well.

The NIne-Year-Old Knows He Will Be A King

Two years ago, Kate and William chatted with the seven-year-old about being the King one day. Talking about all of the responsibility tied in with the history of their family, presumably, it was a lot for the kid to grasp. However, he reportedly took the news well. Furthermore, he grew extremely interested in learning more about the long line of royals before him. For now, he acts much like any young boy would and even works a holiday job on a farm. However, one day, he will step into the shoes of his forebears. Actually, being a monarch in the modern world might be a difficult task. That’s if the House of Windsor even survives much longer.

Perhaps, Like Prince Harry, when the time arrives, nobody will care much for the royal family and George will be free to choose his own way forward. He’s no ordinary child, but the future might also bring him an extraordinary chance at being an adult.
