Little Archie Harrison isn’t even a month old, yet it looks like he’s already got some major plans and trips scheduled in his future! There’s a new report that says his parents Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are already planning some incredible royal trips for him in the coming months. Here’s what you need to know.
According to Harper’s Bazaar, Archie Harrison will join the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for an official royal visit to Africa before the end of this year. Royal commentator Richard Eden has even said that officials in South Africa are being told to prepare for a visit from Harry, Meghan and Archie later this year.
Eden says, “People have been informed that the Duke and Duchess will be coming. Early preparations have begun” for the visit, which is more than a little exciting.
Royal reporter Roya Nikkhah of The Sunday Times says that “the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are already planning their first overseas trip with their child: an official tour of Africa in the autumn.” She also notes that Archie Harrison will be the youngest member of the royal family to travel overseas, as he will only be about 6 months old during the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s visit to Africa.
Previously, there were reports that suggests Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were planning to move to Africa for a few years but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. There were some that suggested it was Prince William’s idea to send his brother and his sister-in-law to the continent as a way to push them out of the spotlight back at home.
Clearly, Harry and Meghan are a very popular couple who do a good job of commanding attention everywhere they go. With that said, there’s no doubt that all eyes will be on them when they visit Africa later on this year. It will be a great trip for the entire Sussex family.
So far Prince Harry and Meghan Markle themselves have not made any comments about their upcoming travel schedule. Either way, fans can’t wait to see little Archie in public very soon!

Since there is very little in the way of “royal news,” I suppose this is as good as anything.
